Danny Ray's Music and staff want every customer to experience the same treatment as our in-store customers do, 100% satisfaction.
If you're not and you want to return the purchase it must meet the following criteria.
You must first acquire a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from a Danny Ray's Music product specialist. Do not return something
without it, as your shipment would arrive with nothing to track it by and it would delay the refund process.
Any defect or damage must be reported within the first 48 hours of delivery. Products can only be returned within 14 days from delivery.
You may have to email photos to Danny Ray's Music or the shipper in case of damage. We won't accept any returns after 14 days.
If you're looking to exchange a purchase for another product you still need to abide by the criteria above except that you can indicate the other
product you want to exchange for.
If you need to cancel an order please be aware that most Market Places (Amazon..etc) have a 90 minute window to cancel within. If you
don't meet the 90 minute window you must notify a Danny Ray's Music product specialist as soon as possible and we will do everything we can
to honor your cancellation request. If your product has already shipped you must follow the above return process.
Danny Ray's Music retains the right to access a 20% restocking fee on any returned item be it damaged or non-defective. Non-defective
returns will only be accepted if they arrive in a new salable condition.
If for some reason the product does not get received (refuse delivery or address issue) you will be charged a return shipping fee.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
You must have all postage paid on any authorized return of merchandise or product.
Once we receive a RMA we will conduct an overall inspection before we issue a refund. With all the shipping and receiving we experience
day to day this may take a period of up to 5 days.
Due to health laws certain products like reeds or harmonicas cannot be returned.
