WEE ONES MUSIC HOUR

Are you looking for a wonderful way to bond with your baby?  Come join the Wee Ones Music Hour!  You and your baby will experience discovering the wonderful world of music together.  Watch your little one grow and begin to interact with others in song, and foster an early and life-long love of melody and harmony.  This is a terrific way to introduce your newborn to 18 month old to music and share a unique opportunity to learn about the wonders music can bring to your daily life.

LITTLE HANDS, BUSY FINGERS

Come join us for a 4-week exciting exploration of the keyboard and piano!  Do you have a toddler to pre-K youngster at home who is just itching to be like their big brother or sister?  Bring those busy fingers to us!  We will discover the patterns on our keyboards, move up and down, high and low, learn how to read and name our white keys and begin to read music on the staff--all while making plenty of noise!  This class is tons of fun and a great way to introduce your little one to the joys of making music!

MUSIC, MOZART, AND ME

A class for the young beginner to join us for a celebration of music.  This class will provide an introduction to basic music theory and basic piano keyboarding skills while exploring a portion of music history in a group setting.  The class will hold a short performance at the end of the session.

PLAY MUSIC LIVE!

A 10-week fully supervised opportunity for music students to learn the ins and outs of life in a band. Band members will select performance materials and the order for the set's performance. In addition to practicing music, members will learn how to promote their concert, load/unload gear from the stage, and create the band's "image". The session will culminate in a live performance. 

BEGINNING GUITAR

Students will study the guitar fretboard, open chords, simple rhythms, basic reading and writing, and song fragments.

EAR TRAINING AND SIGHT SINGING

Are you in choir gearing up for solo and ensemble season?  Nervous about auditions for a new group?  Just wanting to expand your singing skills?  Come excel by joining the 6-week Ear Training and Sight Singing class!  We will be learning to read the bass and treble staff (a skill many vocalists do not get the opportunity to study in-depth), how to read your key signature, and to sing an entire piece of music without ever needing an instrument!  This is an excellent class for brushing up your technique skills and a wonderful opportunity to expand your vocal abilities.
